The Subdivision Company’s service was exceptional. Lucia and her team never failed to communicate updates on our Subdivision Project with us. Due to the Unitary plan, there was a delay with the Auckland Council but we got the title in the end. They handled all the processes in a very professional manner and managed to save us thousands of dollars with their expertise & knowledge especially as our section was on a flood path.
