Lucia is passionate about creating legacies for families through subdivision. Her work has spread across the world from South Africa, Hong Kong and Australia.
With a finance background and people management skills proved to be the avenue to successfully develop properties, now helping others do the same.
In her leisure time she spend playing tennis and loves cooking for friends and family.
David Wren
David is our expert planner and is also an accredited hearing commissioner under the Resource Management Act.
He is an expert in solving property issues providing up to date information on the Auckland Unitary Plan and District Plans.
Not only does he work in our private sector, he helps Councils develop effective , robust plans & reports for these plan changes and lectures at the University of Auckland.
In his leisure time, he spends time hiking around our beautiful NZ trails
James Kohler
Award-winning architect, James Kohler has his masters degree in architecture.
Inspired by urban cityscapes, his designs emphasize beauty, flexibility and purpose. James is one of the Directors at AP Design. Prior to living in NZ, James owned Cornerstone Architects for 16 years in South Africa.
In his spare time he enjoys long range rifle target shooting and developing new innovation ideas.
Geoff Morgan
Geoff’s natural ability to listen and recognise the needs of each individual client, whether a first home owner, a pure investor, or a seasoned developer, makes him unique.
Geoff previously owned an executive build and design company, and brings more than 25 years of specialised knowledge and expertise to building new homes.
As shown with many existing clients, Geoff thoroughly enjoys being completely involved in sourcing the perfect site for you and together with his inherit design flair will ensure your subdivision and new home construction journey a rewarding one. He works with Key2 Real Estate as a senior agent. The company only specialise in new builds and have partnered with The Subdivision Company to add this valuable resource to their clients.
In his spare time he golfs on a 4 handicap and enjoys fishing.
